• All bookings are inclusive of breakfast
• Early check-in/ late checkout is subject to availability upon booking.
• Each room can accommodate a maximum of two adults and no rates can be offered for three adults in a room at any of the hotels.
• We reserve the right to modify or change the offers based on exceptional circumstances.
• A confirmed/guaranteed reservation in any hotel cannot be substituted or transferred to any other reservation/hotel. Any amendinent/cancellation in the itinerary or hotels used will be treated as a fresh reservation request. In such cases, we reserve the right to review the accommodation status and applicable rates. The above shall incur cancellation charges as applicable.
• These benefits are not transferable to third parties in any manner. In such cases the special rates offered will stand withdrawn
• All guests are required to sign the guest registration cards upon check-in at the hotels.
• The hotel reserves the right to carry out any renovation(s) and upgradation(s) as it deens necessary at any point of time. Members will be informed about the same at the time of booking
• Full advance to be paid to guarantee any booking. 100% advance via authorization forms or bank account transfer details sliared by the hotel's reservations team
• Blackout dates apply (Festival Deriods)
• Any cancellation made up to 30 days of arrival, 100% refund will be made. Any cancellation between 29 days to 14 days of arrival, will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the total room billing. No shows and cancellations/amendmcnt made 0-13 days in advance, will incur 100% charge of the booking. Cancellation policy for groups of 7 rooms and more plus festival periods are 90 days.
