• Complimentary cancellation is available up to 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or no-shows thereafter will incur applicable retention charges for the reserved stay.
• No-shows and early departures will attract 100% retention charges on the confirmed reservation value.
• In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to offer alternate dates or locations, subject to mutual agreement with the guest.
• Reservations are confirmed subject to availability upon receipt of 100% advance payment.
• A one-night retention charge will apply for cancellations or amendments made within 70 days prior to check-in.
• Guests are requested to present a valid government-issued photo identification for all travellers at the time of check-in.
