• All garments are custom-made to order. As such, we require 100% advance payment to initiate the production process. Orders will not be processed without receipt of full payment.
• Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstances.
• Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
• Clients placing online orders are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Herringbone & Sui is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client.
• Once an order is placed, no changes to fabric, design, or measurements can be made.
• Herringbone & Sui is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
