Terms and Conditions

  • Partial cabin cancellations are permitted. In such cases, only applicable service charges, levies, fuel charges, and GST pertaining to the refundable amount will be processed.
  • In the event of a no-show, only service charges, levies, fuel charges, and applicable GST on the refundable amount will be reimbursed.
  • Cruise reservations are non-transferable. Any change in sailing date will be treated as a cancellation and will remain subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
  • In case of a no-show, only service charges, levies, and fuel charges will be refunded.
  • A 100% refund on stateroom reservations may be considered in the unfortunate event of death or major illness involving the guest or an immediate family member (parents, siblings, spouse, or children), subject to the following:
    1. Submission of valid supporting documentation, including medical records or a death certificate
    2. Timely communication of the cancellation request to Customer Care via email or telephone prior to departure
    3. For double occupancy cabins, only applicable taxes will be refunded. In bookings made for double, triple, or quad occupancy where guest names are subsequently reduced, the fare applicable to the removed guest(s) remains non-refundable.
    4. Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
    5. No refund will be applicable if a guest voluntarily or involuntarily fails to board the cruise, is denied boarding due to incomplete or invalid travel documentation, passport or visa requirements, or discontinues the voyage after commencement.
