• Offer valid on bookings made between 15th June and 30th September 2026, for stays until 30th November 2026.

• Villa reservations are subject to availability.
• Rates and inclusions are subject to change without prior notice.
• Alcohol is not served at the property. Guests are welcome to carry their own.
• Meal preferences for the day of arrival must be shared in advance.
• For a seamless check-in, a valid government-issued ID must be shared in advance at book@amastaysandtrails.com.
• Pets are welcome at an additional charge of INR 2,500 + applicable taxes per pet, per night**. Pet restrictions may apply at select villas.
• An additional charge of INR 5,000 + applicable taxes per adult, per night applies for extra guests. Children between 5–12 years will be charged INR 2,000 + applicable taxes, subject to the villa's maximum occupancy.
• This offer is not valid during Diwali blackout dates.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Free cancellation up to 15 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations made 8–14 days prior to arrival will incur a one-night charge.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival and no-shows will incur 100% cancellation charges.
  • Group bookings (14 guests and above) must be cancelled at least 45 days prior to arrival.
• Refund Policy:
  • Refunds will be processed to the original reservation holder.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
  • Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 100% advance payment.
